The winery are simple and hospitable, ready to welcome a more different public, on a Irpino and Campano wine tour. Recreational facilities are in the forefront, cask fermentation and maturation refrigerated and not all entirely in stainless steel, with the exception for Taurasi and Taurasini fields that are put to age, in addition to steel and bottle for at least 24 months first and the second 12 months in oak barrels and barriques.

The cellar follows a traditional workmanship, trying to use as little as possible the automatic and relying on the wisdom and the expert hands of man, ensuring a wine more natural and genuine.
